I understand this to mean that his body was brought back to the U.S. for burial after burial somewhere in Europe,  not that he was first buried in Mound Prairie Cemetery, Adam Co., IL, and later moved to Arlington. There is a grave stone for Lowell Stillflew in the Mound Prairie Cemetery, but it is a memorial stone. .

        159. Gravestone Inscription. There is a Memorial Gravestone in Mound Prairie Cemetery in Beverly, Adams Co., IL, but Lowell Stillflew is buried in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. 
Family members say his body was never found, and the marker in Arlington National Cemetery is also a memorial marker.  .
